Giant Girls in Games

The Daibijin/Demolition Girl
The Daibijin (Demolition Girl in the U.S.) is a 2005 PS2 title, the 50th game in the Simple 2000 series. It's basically Attack of the 50 Foot Woman combined with some elements of the kaiju genre.

Piloting a helicopter and a tank, you have to keep the giantess Riho Futaba from destroying cities as well as fight the aliens that caused her growth. In the final level, Riho scales a skyscraper King Kong style and you must shrink her with a ray before she reaches the top while dealing with the aliens.
Mister Mosquito
The early 2000's were a good time for macrophile gamers. In 2001, we got Mister Mosquito, a game where you play as a mosquito collecting blood from the inhabitants of a home in Japan. Among your targets are Rena and Ayaka, two young girls who tower over the minuscule protagonist.

Injustice: Gods Among Us - Giganta Stage Transition
Injustice: Gods Among Us is an excellent fighting game from NetherRealm Studios where characters from the DC universe duke it out. In the Hall of Justice stage, you can send your opponent flying into a titanic battle between Giganta and Atom Smasher.

Dante's Inferno - Cleopatra Boss Fight
Next is the 2010 God of War clone Dante's Inferno. In this incredibly loose adaptation of Dante Alighieri's epic classic, the player traverses the nine circles of hell. Along the way, you encounter Cleopatra, the gigantic queen of the circle of Lust.

Dark Souls - Gwynevere and Crossbreed Priscilla
In Dark Souls, you come across two giantess characters. Princess Gwynevere appears as a giant woman in white robes and there is also Priscilla, a half-dragon woman who stands high above the player.
