The Ultimate Girls anime is one part giantess ecchi and one part kaiju genre parody. A giant superhero named UFO-Man (based off of the classic Japanese "Ultraman" show) relinquishes his power to save the lives of three high school girls he accidentally crushed. His power brings them back to life and grants them the ability to grow gigantic to protect Japan from various rampaging monsters.
The girls can only remain giant for a few minutes, during which time their clothes slowly dissolve. Why do their clothes disappear? Because the more embarrassed the girls are, the stronger they become and the more likely they are to win the fight.
For giantess fans, it's worth seeing. The entire series is on YouTube and the video below is the first episode.
